Order preparation times

Order preparation takes between 1 to 2 weeks.

 

For out-of-stock or pre-order items, the approximate shipping date will be shown in the item description.

Delivery delay

• Canada: 3 to 16 business days (Northern regions: 8 to 20 business days)

• USA: 5-20 business days

• International: 12 to 50 working days

 

• IMPORTANT: Due to the current pandemic situation, many postal services around the world are experiencing delays. This problem may increase the delivery time. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Please note that delivery times are estimates from the post office.

Delivery time may be delayed due to customs, weather or other conditions.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated per weight bracket.

 

For Canada

An option without follow-up is available, it can be interesting for smaller items that are sent as a letter.

For larger items, we strongly advise taking with tracking since the cost is the same.

Free delivery for orders over $ 50.

A service charge of $ 3 is calculated in the amount to cover packing and travel costs.

 

For the United States

Parcel tracking always included.

Free delivery for orders over $ 75.

A service charge of $ 5 is calculated in the amount to cover packing and travel costs.

 

International

Parcel tracking always included.

A service charge of $ 5 is calculated in the amount to cover packing and travel costs.

Order tracking

The tracking number will be sent to you once the package is ready to ship.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages and postal service delays.

Packaging

All of our envelopes can be recycled in their entirety and its cousin. It's a choice we made to ensure we reduce our ecological footprint while keeping your package safe.

We are currently looking to switch for the recyclable label.

Some products are pre-packaged by the manufacturer in plastic bags. The bags are not recyclable, but since they are already included they constitute a little more protection.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are accepted prior to shipment of the order. If you want to cancel the order and get a refund, please message us ASAP.

After shipment, order cancellations will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays.

 

If you have any problem with your item, please send us a message. We will be happy to help you.

 

If we made a mistake in the address or the order, we will gladly send you another package or offer a refund, if the item is out of stock.

Wrong address

Take the time to make sure your address is up to date and flawless. If, however, you have placed an order with the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the package is not sent to the post service.

If you plan to move in the next two months, we strongly suggest that you wait before placing an order since the post service is greatly influenced by the Covid-19 and it is difficult to know the delivery times which increases the chances that your package is delivered to the wrong address.
